I am very sorry Franky fans but when off to a wedding in a very delicate, creamy dress he is firmly indoors!! I do love a good wedding - I think after many a year of sniggering at Mr FF's dad dancing i may have started doing the same!! Little Alex - who is not so little anymore - was trying to get everyone on the floor - i got up first - he looked terrified (I am his boss) I suddenly started dancing like my Mum - NOOOO!! What occurs - where does it come from?? Speaking of my Mum this vintage bag was hers in the late 70's. My mum had the best clothes, I remember that outfit like yesterday - all bronze with a silk little tie front jacket, a ruched chiffon top underneath and a frilled skirt with hand painted ruffles - sounds horrid - it was not it was gorgeous -and you know what i think she had it when she was about my age - double shreik!! Told you Mum Dancing!! Have a good week all my fellow fashion fans xx

ReplyDeletei love it when somebody looks good in a tricky dress! it can look completely wrong! not everybody could get away with the gorgeous cut! love the lace but the combination with the flowers makes it difficult to style! the colour isn't easy either! but you look so so good in this gorgeous dress

I love this dress. I want to see a closeup of the fabric, it looks amazing. You made me laugh (as usual) with the "mom-dance." Yeah....when DOES that happen?! So unfair. Simply gorgeous, so I think it must've been more of a homage to you mom, right?
